Questions about plans
What counts as a study set?
One document or one pasted piece of text, turned into checked practice questions. A long document is split into sections and still counts as one set, up to about 7,000 words. If the material can't support reliable questions, we tell you and it doesn't count.
What happens when I run out of sets for the month?
You can keep making sets with the AI on your own computer, for free, or upgrade. Your count starts again on the first of each month.
How do I cancel?
From the Plan page in the app, or the link in your receipt email. It takes two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. See refunds and cancelling.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for 7 days while the card is retried. Update the card from the link in the email and nothing changes.
Do you use my notes to train AI?
No. Your study text is sent only to providers that keep nothing after answering, and our own service doesn't store it either. Your private parts never leave your computer at all. Details.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our reseller. They handle checkout, card security, receipts and sales tax. We never see your card number. Your card statement shows Paddle.
Where does my subscription money go?
A little under half of a Pro subscription pays for the AI that writes and checks questions, yours and the Free plan's, and about a tenth goes to payment fees and tax handling. The rest keeps a one-person product going: no ads, no investors, no selling data.
