Privacy policy
Most of what you put in Operations Hub never reaches us, because the app runs on your computer. This policy covers what does.
What stays on your computer
Your tasks, calendar, journal, health notes, meetings, recordings, people, documents and settings are stored on your own computer. We can't see them. The journal, health, meetings and camera features use only the AI on your own computer. The security page lists every part.
What we receive, and why

Payments
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, address and payment details to process payments and meet tax law. Their privacy policy applies to that information. We receive your email, your country and your subscription status, never your card number.
AI providers
Study text is sent through OpenRouter to AI providers that have agreed to keep nothing after answering and not to train on it. If no such provider is available, the request fails rather than going elsewhere. See who processes your data.
The website
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The checkout page loads Paddle's script.
We don't
- sell or share your personal information for advertising;
- use your documents or questions to train AI;
- knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the study service, tell us and we'll delete what we hold.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive the information our service holds about you, wherever you live, including rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and EU and UK data protection law. Write to support@duncandoit.com from the email you paid with. We'll answer within 30 days. Data in the app is already in your hands: export or delete it from the app.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app and the changelog before the change applies.
